Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the KI Asset Management platform operated by the Prague Club of Investors.

KI Asset Management is a student organization. We are students passionate about equity research and investment management. All content, research, analysis, and opinions published on this platform are for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the website's content as such. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment professionals. Always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
The platform is exclusively available to members of the Prague Club of Investors who possess an email
address ending with @klubinvestoru.com. By registering, you represent that you meet this
eligibility requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify administrators immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- To upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to the platform's infrastructure.
- To upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains confidential information of third parties.
5. Data Ownership
The data you upload (CSV files, analysis information, research articles) remains your property. By uploading, you grant the platform a limited license to process, store, and display that data for the purpose of providing the service.
6. No Investment Advice
The platform, including all research articles, analyses, performance data, and other content, is provided for educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of stock prices, performance calculations, research content, or any other information provided by the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Prague Club of Investors, KI Asset Management, and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to any investment losses or decisions made based on content from this platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
